This kid manages to get into and out of a lot of scrapes - it's arguable whether he's an idiot, a genius, or some sort of savant mix of both. He can be found to be very self centered and oblivious, and likely doesn't go more than two days without someone telling him he needs to be more careful. Though he used to rely on either his fists or tricks to get himself out, more and more often he's managing to do so through actual strategy and plans. He has a natural sort of charisma, and many find themselves drawn to him. A large part of his charisma is his refusal to take life by the rules that other have set out for him. Whether it comes to society, or to the world of A-T, he is always looking for the best way to reach the sky. His ultimate goal is to track down that rainbow, to fly on the wind, and lift whoever he can along up with him. Only when he reachs this point will he ever be truly satisfied.

Unless otherwise noted, Ikki can never be found without his pair of A-T on his feet. Often he'll be found practicing his run and tricks out back or up in the rafters of the bar. His pet crow, Kuu, is also usually found with him - nesting in his hair. The boy has wind in him, and the essence of it runs throughout his entire body. This leads birds and anything else that might be attracted to such a thing to take a particular liking to him. He can control the surface and tension of the wind to create various effects, using the wind itself as a road solid enough to be akin to concrete.He has even been found to be able to change the variables of his own output of oxygen.
